Hi Steemians,
How long have you been a Steemian?
How long have you been active on Steemit?
Yes, maybe you think how crazy I am when asking you those questions. But no, it has its own a reason.
There is a very famous slogan of Steemit: COME FOR REWARD. STAY FOR COMMUNITY.
However, people seems to forget the second sentence. They are stuck in the first one. “Come for reward”.
They come to Steemit just because of money. They have done lots of ways to earn as much money as possible without thinking of any helpful contents.
Now, Let’s answer two questions above and look back to your blogs, dears!
How many posts have you had?
In each post, how many words have you created?
Did you put your time, your efforts on each post? Or you are just in hurry to copy and paste?...
You see, if you continue with your thought of money, money would defeat you. Since, you don’t want to contribute, you don’t want to build a community. Sooner or later, you would feel tired with your way. The money you earned is not equal to your want, your imagination. You are on Steemit just for money, not for audiences.
You don’t respect your readers, how could you get anything from them? Thus, firstly you must respect your readers, it means you are finding the way to respect yourself. Then, you have to wash away the idea of getting more money. You come here to contribute something.
When you give away your meaningful contents, you would get your reward. If you want to “get”, you must “give” something first. Nothing comes to you easily. It’s the rule of life.
Back to my case, I have been on this platform for a long time, since June 2016 (as you can see via my bio). During the time to be a Steemian, I always force myself to contribute the helpful content via my blog. My aim is to build a healthy community.
You know, to have a healthy commnunity, each member on it must be a healthy one. Those would create the strong platform.
And me, by insisting on my way,I have received the most valuable reward, it was the certificate of the Vietnamese Community for “The best helpful writer”. It means that I have gone on the right way to build a good community. And I am staying here for “a community”.
