, today I manage to make healthy breakfast to my children Carla and Carlos for their school, and I happened to make them a banana empanadas with cheese. When I gave them to eat, they liked it a lot. It is a healthy alternative because banana has many vitamins and helps my children's healthy growth.

Ingredients
2 Bananas
cheese
Sugar
1 pinch of salt
Oil
Preparation
Peel the plantains and place them in a pot with cooking water until they are tender.
