the ego its that Little voice in your head that appears to be your best friend, he´s you, he´ll make you feel happy or put the gun to your temple and squeeze the triger!
Once you realice its there, its even worst, you´ll start a war and chances are you are going to lose.... its easier to just let go, let him rule your life, it would be like living a dream where you falsely believe your the staring role.
