I pre-apologize for the inconvenience but http://Steemimg.com will be down for atleast 24 Hours if not more to move all 150 GB of image files to yet another server. I decided to get away from google cloud because of cost. Even at this point with only 1500 users and a little over 300k images the cost per day to run upload/download/storage on google cloud services will spiral out of control in a very short time span. Figured Id give it a try but time to move on.

I will be migrating to a new dedicated server for the foreseeable future. I have cut off the Explore capabilities on Steemimg already and will be turning off uploading shortly. I know a lot of you use my service to host you images so again sorry for inconvenience. I do want to remind everyone that if all these uploaded images are simple for viewing within your Steemit posts and not outside the platform I recommend http://dirtyIMG.com (Since Steemit.com caches all of its images, for what seems to be forever, this service may truly be the right on to use in any case) Check it out.
