bursts into the large steemit community with a new initiative, in which he asks us the following question :
Why Am I Still Here?
That's a question I hadn't asked myself, and I've had to analyze a facet that I spend a lot of time on and I honestly hadn't thought about it, a simple answer would be that I'm still here because I like it and I enjoy it, but what do I like and why do I enjoy it so much?
Well, I have some years with the other networks (Facebook, instagram) and I use them little, almost never, because it seems to me a waste of time, but, since January 23, 2018, I have not stopped publishing, I have invested a lot of time, I am not a whale, I am not even a dolphin, but I keep on publishing, making relationships, expressing myself...
I have been able to realize that I like photography, and little by little learning to edit images... and that is thanks to Steemit.
Well, I have met virtually many people, and with whom I have achieved a certain degree of affinity (even without knowing us personally) through the writings, which we bring to this platform to share.
I believe that this is the true value of Steemit, to allow true bonds to be formed between people who don't know each other, but who have some points at the end,and it is these points that bring us together, and do not strengthen relationships in what makes them different. A social network like this, is about creating real networks between people from different parts of the world, without distinction of sex, race or age, and that mutually support each other, for the benefit of all, and all this while monetizing. In addition to being able to transcend the same platform, to bring the blockchain into everyday life.
A few months ago I discovered the reggaesteem.io tribe, which allows me to accumulate tokens doing something I like, publishing about music I like to hear and places I would like to know. By accumulating the tokens of the tribe (JAHM) I could then enjoy a tour package on the island of Jamaica, and even meet people I have a good relationship with through this tribe, this platform, and this is also thanks to Steemit .
Is being able to travel at some point and having the ability to afford some expenses with a tribal token from this platform no reason to stay here?
This is a living example of how to penetrate the everyday life of a country through a cryptocurrency.
I can say that I have good friends in many parts of the world, and it is largely thanks to this platform.
Isn't this enough to keep me here?
Another thing, I am very active minded, I live thinking about many things, of various kinds, and here there is room for everything to the topics that one can imagine, with the freedom to do so and feel the tranquility that at some point someone who is interested will read it and something of us will leave in those people .
Isn't this another great reason to be and stay here?
Obviously, monetizing power is also important, it's something distinctive of Steemit, despite the low prices of our tokens (STEEM and SBD) and all the current situation keep coming new users, I would like to have a great SP, that's also a goal and other things that keep me here, to be able to help others, but for now the help is in the form of guidance, for now, but I know that it will keep growing my account and that goal I'm pursuing will be achieved. I will continue to look ahead, *working on and for the platform.
So: Why Am I Still Here?
For a number of reasons that make me feel good while I express myself and can be read from different parts of the world by people with whom I have ties for related issues, and all this while monetizing the content...
That and all the good that's to come I'm going on and on STEEMT.
I invite you to visit Project.hope and learn about the benefits of this project for all those interested in growing while helping others to grow.
