I have discussed the issue with several community members. There is some concern that we may not be able to get Steemit, Inc or other image hosting companies to remove the images making this a repository for pedophiles which is not my intention. I will still take reports by direct message and will not think less of the person reporting it or disclose their identity.
If anyone has a suggestion on how 
In the mean time I will do what I can to get others to flag those posting this crap below the reputation needed to post images and remove payout.
The purpose of
Some of the posts I may re-blog will not contain nudity but do say some pretty disgusting comments about children and teens. They also invite readers to post comments that I find offense when talking about a teen or a child. I'm not going to tell the community what to flag. But I will ask you to flag what you find reprehensible.
As a parent and grandparent this isn't something I want to see here. And I don't want to see comments about censorship or content policing. If you think it's fine to post this crap keep the opinion to your self and ignore me just like you ignore those posting it.

Do not let steemit.com be 'known' for allowing this type of content! As many know I'm very busy but I will take the time to resteem every post I am given and rally support for flagging. I would appreciate it if 
I don't normally do this but I appreciate anyone who takes the time to flag these accounts to a -1 reputation. If they can't be seen then they won't be rewarded removing the incentive to post.
