Yesterday I had a private session and went to Yoga.
We worked more on the triangle and also did some transitions to the omoplata.
But the biggest thing I have to remember is still "dont be flat get an angle!"
I am limiting my opponents options just by getting a bit of an angle and can break his posture way easier.
Today I went to the group session and we worked on the half guard and did a lot of sparring starting from half guard.
Overall I can see some progress. I have an idea what I am supposed to do but the execution is often still lacking or I get countered by something I havent seen yet but this all part of the journey.
