Sometimes the simplest idea is the one that works best.
A Fruitful Endeavor Indeed
I acknowledge the fact that this community has pooled together wonderful people with goals to change the way social media is and how it's lacking.
Before coming to this event, I have just withdrawn a certain amount of money from my steemit account. Reality has struck me hard. I am actually earning from what I write. I have never earned anything this big from something I've wrote for the sole purpose of just expressing my ideas.
This platform has given me a great reason to put more effort into what I write. Knowing that I will get rewarded after sharing my thoughts is a huge pleasure and a big help for my family. I can finally ease the financial struggles of my parents in my own way while developing my skills in creating good content.
Steemit truly provides unimaginable gains to those who strive to change how the world sees social media and content sharing.
The STEEMIT Welcome
The event was indeed a fruitful one. I have learned many useful things to aid in my journey through the ever growing world of steemit.
My basic knowledge of steemit and how it works has grown and I now know how this works in a deeper level with the help of and
.
They shared their knowledge to everyone who attended the campaign. It surely helped everyone who attended. They also provided an available laptop with wifi connection for those who have just discovered steemit and for them to create their accounts while attending the campaign.
Free steemit shirts, pins, plackards and flyers were given to all attendees. White was the color of the day.
For those who aren't students in our University, a separate orientation campaign is set for them outside the school.
This campaign has helped interested individuals in and out of our university. I really hope that this campaign will help many steemians grow in the community we all have created.
My first experience with the Steemit University Campaign was truly a worth while use of my time. More power to steemit and I hope we keep on growing.
