Thank you
for this wonderful #win10sbd contest!
Steemit, to me, is a new and vibrant platform for expression. It's experiment in what can happen when we incentivize average people to create and share. This isn't 4chan with the incessant anonymous shit-posting and trolling. This isn't Failbook full of ads and your various semi-acquaintances constantly barraging you with photos of their meals, or their kids, or their boasting, or "sharing" worn out old click-bait news from dubious sources. This isn't Reddit, or Twitter, and it sure is not Tumblr. Oh, thank God this is not Tumblr.
Today Steemit is beyond the wild west, over the horizon and into uncharted territory. Steemit is like a piece of marble with just the first few chisel marks taken out, with so many more to come and the artist isn't yet sure what they will create. For now Steemit is early adopters, libertarians, AnCaps, crypto investors, and technology geeks. I see the artists, the chefs, the homemakers, and the budding writers all emerging and thriving as well. This diverse group will continue to grow and multiply to create a beautiful community of thinkers, explorers, tinkerers, and creators.
