It's not clickbait, and it's not a lie. I am in love with what nature can produce, and seeing storms pass overhead is one of the best feelings.
Here in NSW, Australia, we don't get too many picture strong storm cells. We get a few wall clouds pass through, but nothing over the top in intensity.
On March 21st, 2017 an unexpected storm rolled out as I was driving home. This thing had power, and it was building up right in front of me. I pulled up at my girlfriends, grabbed my camera to set up a time-lapse and flew my drone as fast as it could go straight up to capture this insane storm.
It didn't last long, but what I got was not forgettable! This storm was so rare, I had over 15 news outlets, including major tv contact me to cover a story on the film I produces as well as the photos. I got my 15 seconds of fame, but the memory of the storm topped it off.
Check out the images and the video, i'd love to get your thoughts :)
