This are some tips for my newly invite people that are also useful for other newbies at Steemit.Most of my newbie invites are struggling so Im writing this some guides for them.
After your account approval :
1.Create an interesting introduction post about your self and your hobbies make your introduction long.Include ''Introduction" in your tittle.. attached your personal photo in your introduction and tag Introduction tilphilippines philippines ..no comma space only
2.Follow everyone at steemit make sure to add followers so that you have viewers with your post.
3.Write quality interesting post do not post such as non sense post it will not earn .steemit are more on crypto , travel, steemit related,science,life ,poetry, and etc...you can even write tagalog post .
attached your own pics.do not post about pornography or sexual or pedophile pictures.
4.Engaged with other steemians ..comment with their post with sense do not spam do not ask for follow me or vote to vote at comment so that they wont flag you.
5.Chat and make friends at discord Steemit Philippines channel .campaign your post at discord ..chat and make friends for a while before you campaign your post ..post your link at post promotion only.Just be friendly and dont be shy at first you cant relate but try to make friends with then sooner they will support you.
6.register at minnowsupport this will help boost your post.Go to PAL at discord and go to registration follow what others do at registration.send 0.001 sbd to 
7.you can use boosters to boost and get more auto upvotes...check 
8.Post only 1 to 2 post daily althought there is no limit to post at steemit ...You need to network your post, make your tittle catchy.
9.Steemit is not an instant money you need to be patience and work hard after 2 weeks depends with your hardwork you'll start to grow.
10.Always make reading a habbit ''Mine your Mind " learn from whales..Study and read from other posts..
just keep steeming ..and make lots of friends ..
