Where to get some Steem Power Delegation?

So there are Plenty Guys who would love for their Voting Weight being a Little Higher. Wouldn't it be Great to have a Single Vote worth at least a Dollar.

That being said for your Single Vote to be around 1 USD you would have to have around 6000 SteemPower which in the Current Market will cost you around 18000 USD.

It is a good Investment if you see in an Overall perspective but some do not have the Cash to get that kinda Power so what are their Options.
