Hackathon has begun!!
Hey Steemians!
The (unoffical) first day of Steemfest has started! After a quick introduction by 
The Hackathon is held in LX Factory in Lisboa, The place is packed with almost 80 people all with fresh ideas vying to have fun hacking (and maybe win the attractive price of a nearly combined 4000++ USD price pool).
Im not a coder or hacker myself, so im walking around looking at these awesome people coming together to create something truly special.
Great job with the arrangement and i can say all of us present here is very satisfied about it.
The ideas presented here are truly magnificent, you can watch the livestream on the 3rd day for their prepped and finished product, but from what i have heard so far, there's some awesome stuff being worked on.
from DECENT blockchain giving a quick recap of what DECENT is and what they hope to get out of the hackathinHad a chat with a great many Steemians i've met for the first time. Imagine just telling your username and an apparent stranger instantly turns to an acquaintance. Not many things can compare to that feeling.
There's so much more people here and there's not enough time for me to list them all out.
What is true though is that you can expect great apps from today's Hackathon.
