Sometimes in life it feels best when we guess right or win something that wasn't guaranteed to us; Like a flip of a coin or a roll of a dice. You might be playing a full game that requires these elements to progress or just testing yourself in the game of chance.
Sometimes you may want to connect & play in these ways online with a group of friends; Even better, sometimes you may want to connect these things to steemit! Well your in luck! All these things are now possible again because 
My Quest to Find
I was on a searching to find something just like you
I needed to find a randomized dice roller to decided the winner for a fun game I started here on steemit called Steembattles. This game is were two characters from any universe battle each other in a epic clash! All people who voted on the main post and winning team in the comments receive all Steem that is earned for that post.
I searched through Steemtools looking for my randomized dice roller. At first I thought I could use "steemrollers" as my dice app. "Perfect, It is also provably fair", I said to myself.
Then I realized that it was more of a gambling app than a dice roller and it appears to be offline anyway.
Then I saw a picture of dice and the name of the app is called "steemit random". "perfect, this is will work great", thinking that I had found the answer.
Once again I realized it was not a dice app. Turns out it is a randomized steemit blog post finder. Which is actually pretty cool but it is not what I needed.
Then I found the perfect tool I was looking for........
Yet when I tested it, it did not work :( It appeared to be temporarily offline because I assume Dicey wasn't receiving enough love and appreciation. I became discouraged, thinking that it was broken. Then I realized I can ask the creator for help.

Potential applications: For use within role playing games on the steem network to determine the outcome of some random chance action like attacking, he could also possibly be used to determine the winner of a lottery.Likely many other applications apply, but I will let you guys dream those up.
Disclaimer: I do not in any way guarantee the full functionality of this bot, it is purely meant as a recreational tool. Please note that the "D" in your dice call must be capitalised for dicebot to recognise the call, I do also ask that if you roll with dicebot to remember to upvote his comment and yours...I dont really want to run him for free. One last thing dicebot can only perform one diceroll at a time as such he will not recognise 2D10(example)
