Hello friends!
My tour of Brazil with my folk duo Radnor & Lee has perfectly coincided with my new Steemit obsession, so I put out the word last week that I would be happy to give free tickets to any of our Brazilian shows to any Steemians in the cities we visited.
Tonight I had the pleasure of having 
It was amazing to sit with these real life human beings, who I would never have met if not for Steemit, and chat social media, cryptocurrency, art and passion. I was very impressed by their desire to grow as a community and help each other as the platform is not very widespread in Brazil yet.
But the highlight of the evening must have been learning the Brazilian funk dance called the Sarradaõ dance. I couldn't tell whether they were laughing with me or at me, but it was great to have a laugh and marvel at the cultural barriers being crossed every day on this amazing platform.
