Our minds are non-physical. Although, some people believe they are roughly identical with our brains.
I do believe our minds have the capacity to hold as much information as the brain. However, I don't believe the mind has a physical structure.
The brain being physical can hold as much information as possible. Infact, one human brain can hold about 1 MILLION GIGABYTE (petabyte).
To get a clearer picture of this size, I will illustrate it by citing an example.
The American national library
has a digital archive of public domain which contains 15 million digital objects in 2016 ... these objects occupied 7 MILLION GIGABYTE (petabyte)... that is ×7 of what one human brain can hold.
This means one person's brain can hold 14% of the digital objects in that national library...that is about 2.1 MILLION DIGITAL OBJECTS in one brain...as small as it is.
What am I driving at?
If our brain that is Physical can hold that size of information, you can imagine the size of information our minds, that is non-physical, can hold.
That is why I wrote this post to tell that Learning can never, I REPEAT, never exhaust your mind.
Forget about Information overload, learn as much as you can.
the more you learn, the better you become.
Make up your mind from today that you will not go to bed the same way you wake up. Learn something related to your field every day.
If you do that consistently, you will end up becoming a professional or an expert in your field,
NEVER STOP LEARNING...YOU CAN NEVER LEARN TOO MUCH.
