Couldn't agree more! It's been over 2 months with no official explanation from Steemit developers for the Poloniex issue(at least in my knowledge and after a thorough Google and Steemit search). This harms overall the Steemit community and its cretability and I think someone should do asap something about it. 
RE: Poloniex Deposit/withdraw issues, and the need for more on/off ramps.
