The killing winter hit east Moscow region by -67° that freezing even the eyelashes. In the place so called Yakutia, schools have to close for the moment.
Yakutia is used to freezing condition up to-50°. At this temperature people normally do their activities and students are going to schools. But on the last Tuesday January 16 when freezing hits -67° everything had to change, the freezing could eat you alive.
Although had once hit -71° at Oymyakon
