According to the Nielsen Norman Group, most users stick around less than 59 seconds. So, if you don’t capture the user’s attention in less than a minute, you’ve lost them.
Long drawn out articles are never read to conclusion nor are 100s of comments. Better off to provide easily digest-able information along with a relevant picture and links for further info.
My posts have a consistency you won't find from other users. My thinking is do 3-4 posts per day rather than one biggie. Upvote each post, provide follow up in the comments, and build my reputation that way as opposed to some STEEMIT algo.
