#TEAMGHANA - KUMASI, MEETUP AND LAUNCHING OF OUR STEEMIT T-SHIRT

Gradually we are heading towards greater heights since we became part of Steemit. Teamghana comprises of steemians from all over the ten regions in Ghana. Currently we have members at each part of the country and we believe embarking on effective promotion will help us spread steemit fast and help our team to also grow fast.

OUR FIRST MEETUP AND PROMOTION

As part of our plans to help promote steemit and to get majority of people into our team, the steemians in Kumasi under the teamghana have decided to embarked on promotional activities in all the tertiary institutions in the country. Our first meetup and promotion took place at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Myself, Hive account@anaman, Hive account@mcsamm Hive account@odsam2 and Hive account@jeeandmee made it possible for promotion to be successful. This meetup and promotion really taught me a lot and had been looking forward another meetup soon. We all agreed to embarked on more promotion since we couldn't reach out to many students as it was their examination period. We thought it wise to go in our Steemit T-shirt next time, because the shirt alone is a form of advertisement can can you easily attract and enticed the masses.

OUR SECOND MEETUP AND T-SHIRT LAUNCH

Our second meetup came forth yesterday at the Rattry Park in Kumasi, the ultra modern recreational center in the middle of the Kumasi City. The meting and the launching was made possible by the collective decision of the members in the team. Though not all were present at the time of launching but the responses and the interest generated after the launching will result in a number of them joining us in our next promotion and meetup. I'm very sure Hive account@ackza would love to see this. He has indeed been helpful to our team from day one and I will say steemit will continue to be great and surpass the numerous social media platforms if we have many of Hive account@ackza's kind.

The Shirt has been financed by the team for now and looking out for more support do more. We decided to make two colors, white and blue black to lunch and see the reactions form the whole team before we can proceed to make more. Majority have expressed their interest in the blue black and so we have decided to go for that colour. Thanks to the Hive account@mcsamm for coming out with this lovely design for the T shirt.

SO MUCH FUN AT THE LAUNCHING

This was my second meetup with the team in Kumasi and it was such a wonderful time I had with them. Often times we read, write, upvote and comment on others post without having a direct interaction or seeing ourselves face to face. This is unlike steemit meetup since it provides you the opportunity to see fellow steemians face to face and to mingle with them.

Seeing Hive account@lexi4god for the first time made our meeting so interesting, she is a great steemian too and I love her desire to learn and to discover more. We had food and drinks, we really had enough before and after the lunching.... a memorable experience I wish we could have it from time to time.

Hive account@anaman always make our meetup very interesting with many useful information to share with the group. Hive account@odsam2 and Hive account@jeeandmee cannot be absent in any of our meetup.. they are very good in organizing and bringing up many issues of importance for group discussion.

I cannot forget our patron....Hive account@mcsamm and our paparazzi ...hahahaa..lol.

These guys are really making the team great...Kudos to you all

THE WAY FORWARD

The meeting couldn't have come to an end without a discussion on what to do in the year to come. Like I always say, we draw much inpiratiom from people who are really making good and remarkable contribution to the steemit site. Great guys like Hive account@ackza, Hive account@dragonslayer109 Hive account@starkerz, Hive account@jerrybanfield, Hive account@tytran Hive account@futurethinker, Hive account@hr1, Hive account@sweetsssj Hive account@surpassinggoogle have always been our inspiration and instilled in us the need to also support our fellow steemians especially the newbies.

Many of us who have progressed at a good pace in the team couldn't have done so without their help and good support from the great and wonderful guys in our team Hive account@tj4real Hive account@richforever Hive account@kwakumax . We thank them all

We thought it would be good:

• If we visit the park to start an exams promo this year. At Xmas people from all walks of life hang out at the place and so a great opportunity for promotion.

• If we start our campus promotion early next year in the tertiary institutions in Kumasi.

• If we embark on a personal visit to some of the less privilege homes around Kumasi-Ghana to give our support.

Our great goal is to bring on board people with useful ideas to contribute and support and to make steemit great and to see how best we can help all the newbies in our team to stay for the steemit community. . This is what we are committed to do and to do it effectively.
