Hi Steemians,
Most of us run one or the other giveaways, free steem offers, free SBD offers etc.
I myself recently had 2 giveaways (one of them is still running in this link ) and I transferred 1 SBD amount among 150+ members for the first one.
Guess what, I had to transfer to each one of them manually by almost spending 4+ hours with lots of refreshes to the wallet. It was really cumbersome to spend that much amount of time just to transfer amounts to other Steemians.
Fortunately, recently I came across steemthat.com which provides an option to transfer to multiple accounts at once.
Below are the steps to avail this option.
First and foremost, we need to create an account on steemthat by registering on steemthat.com by clicking "Join Now" link as in below screenshot.
Enter all the necessary information as in below screenshot and click Next.
As per steemthat registration process, it will take 24 to 48 hours to approve the registration. Once the registration is successful, we will get a confirmation page as below:
Once you get a confirmation email from steemthat (Email ID: steemthat@steemthat.com) on your registered email, click the link available in email to login by using the login option available (you need to scroll down a bit on steemthat homepage) as in below screenshot.
Now, we are coming to the actual point of this post, i.e enabling option to transfer SBD to multiple accounts.
Click on the Tools link and select "DIRECT MESSAGE TO STEEMIT" as in below screenshot.
Once we click the link, we will be asked to enter steemit ID and Active Private Key. Note that, it's Active Private key used for Transfers on Steemit.
Provide both the details.
Steemthat confirms that the User ID and Active Key will not be stored on steemthat website. It asks the details every time we want go for direct messages.
And we are set to transfer the amount to multiple steemit users at once. We need to provide the details for the highlighted fields in below screenshot.
Ensure that there is no space in between user accounts and no comma at the end.
Enter the User Accounts in the format: binkley,honolulu,steemthat
Enter the amount you want to transfer to multiple accounts. In case different amount needs to be sent, then, we need to create different direct messages for each of the amount values.
Enter the memo field value with what you want to convey to other users as part of Transfer.
Hope this will be useful for guys who run daily SBD giveaways or any promotional SBD giveaways where the amount needs to be transferred to many accounts.
