I have always been fascinated by Owls. Maybe because they stay up late & are known to be very cautious. Though owls are usually solitary, they sometimes come together to form a group known as a "Parliament". You may have even heard their signature sound, the Hoot. Hooting was considered an omen of Athena in ancient Greece & they named her little owl "Athena Noctua" in honor of the Goddess. Currently Silver Tetradrachm Owl coins from 600-100 b.c.
