This is a great project which is going to be launched on 7th of September.
The platform is going to be built on Ethereum Smart Contracts, this raises many questions whether or not smart contracts are competent enough since the fiasco of the DAO. At the moment, a lot of developers are worried if they should invest their time in building an application via smart contracts, because it is not secure.
However, if things play out accordingly, this can be a very good thing for the Ethereum community since it provides confidence to its users.
This platform can be used for several purposes, it'll be firstly used as a video-on-demand service, but it can be used for many things like most blockchain platforms.
