The rules, each person who UPvotes this blog post will be in the draw according to the number they indicate in their reply window.
Each person is to pick a number between one and 53 inclusive, to be entered you must write your selected number in your reply window post below.
This next Saturday night the FLORIDA LOTTERY will draw SIX NUMBERS from 1 to 53 . . .
This is the general everyday Florida lottery results ; the other different lottery's are not relevant to this.
To win your picked reply commented post number selected you must have UPVOTED this blog post, this supplies the gold to reward the random winners.
The winners are those with the closest number to that generated officially by the official lottery results . . .
The lottery draw will have six numbers randomly drawn. First, Second and Third nearest correct numbers get one third of the Liquid Steem. The last 3 drawn numbers each get a third of the Steem Dollars (SBD) ! ! !
I just rechecked and there is no way to transfer Steem Power; I thought you could transfer SP but it seems I was wrong = my apologies.
One Hundred percent of the gold taken in will be paid out to the closest number to the officially selected number generated randomly on Saturday night.
The Steemian must have upvoted this blog post to be considered a winner.
The FIRST and only the first correct (or closest first entry) number is the only payout winner to get gold . . .
The BlockChain will record VOTES, and timing of comment reply entries into this lottery draw.
The first UP or DOWN is UP ! ! ! this means the CLOSEST number to the officially drawn number wins eg if 4 is drawn then the winner is number 4. If no number 4 then the NEXT Choice is UP = #5 is the winner, if no number 5 then the next considered number is 3, then UP again till 6 or down till number 2 etc. . .
This UP ( or DOWN) movement is considered to loop from number 53 around to number 1 again for selecting winners voting.
If two or more people select the same number, the earliest recorded Steemian to pick that number will ' own ' that number, the second etc person will be reassigned another number. This number will become their draw entry number and that number will be the next higher vacant number. This means if some picks 22, then another person picks 22 then the next vacant number is 25 (since other people have numbers 23 and 24) then the second person who asked for number 22 will be reassigned the next vacant up number which is 25 in this example. Was that enough lawyering for everyone ? . . .
Again you must have UPvoted and have been the first contestant to pick your specific number such as eg 21.
Again the numbers are 1 to include the # 53 . . .
Entries are valid until the official drawing takes place minus approximately two hours, this means if the entry must be recorded well before the official drawing.
The next lottery will be based on the Official numbers for the Great State of TEXAS...
Payout will occur when calculations done after Steemit gold is received...
