Last year around this time I was watching a Dollar Vigilante episode, and Jeff was talking about Steemit. I was intrigued enough to open up an account and start blogging. I blogged for about 1 month and made about 30 cents. Off and on I began to blog more. For the last 4 1/2 months I've taken Steemit more seriously and have pretty much blogged everyday.
Now, with 2,500 following, and a little over $1,000 worth of Steem in my account I am inspired. I'll continue to blog away, even though my payouts won't be like the more popular people on Steemit, it just doesn't matter. What is important is that I'm having fun, and have been enjoying sharing my life with all of you.
One day when my children are old enough they can simply put my Steemit address in and read what their Dad was into. I see Steemit as a Journal of life. I'm finally writing in my Journal, Steemit Journal that is. I've found I enjoy reading about crypto currencies and how they work. I still have a great deal to learn and am eager to do so. A Quest I am on.
On a Side Note I am pleased at the willingness I see on Steemit to help each other out. I am grateful to have been invited to take part in groups such as teamaustralia , and gridcoin
Have a great day all, and I will see you on Steemit. Also, Thanks again to Jeff Berwick ( ) for making Steemit a possibility for me. Cheers brother, and keep up the great work.
