The Billion Coin (TBC) is an old scam. It was launched a year and a half ago (on Dec 5th 2015) and it represents a classic Ponzi scheme. Internet is full of explanations how TBC works and some blog posts are also published on

There is no whitepaper nor the source code. Is this a cryptocurrency at all?
It is not listed on coinmarketcap.com and there is no open market. That means you can only buy coins from their (private) exchange, but you cannot use or sell them.
Prices always go up and you can double your money in a two weeks. (Their promise: if you invest a penny today you will have a $670 thousand in a year.) Have you ever heard about any coin or product that have that big return on investment?
They are doing a Multi-Level Marketing (with a lot of testimonials on YT and other sites). Also, they are organizing events (in Philippines, Indonesia, Nigeria, Malaysia etc.) where they promote TBC to new members. Better to say they are using all sorts of promotion to get a new victim!
