Motherhood Duty & My Daughter's School Activity

It was the 33rd Foundation Day of Wright 1 Central Elem. School. Kids are all excited, I saw it on their faces. They looked beautiful and handsome in their costumes. The school ground was so noisy, kids are shouting, talking and their cute laughters are heared all around. Parents are there too. Happy faces are everywhere. There were flashes of cameras. And the parents look so proud of their kids.

The parade started at around 9:00AM. Though it was really a very hot day, both kids and parents seems doesn't mind it at all. There are parents who joined the parade to assist their kids. My girl trying to looked independent followed her line and march all around the town. As a mom I was also there taking pictures from afar. And every year's Foundation celebration showcases the talents of these little ones.

MY GIRL

My girl looked so beautiful in her customes. She poses with her classmates as we parents of 2nd grade took pictures of them. Seeing her so happy paid off all my hardships being a single mom. I am so proud and it is an unexplainable feeling. Yes, motherhood duties are so tiring, knowing that it never had even a day-off, but its all worth it. Moments like this is so precious. She feels confident knowing I was there for her, and it is a give and take feeling, because when i see her, I know I am alone but I feel so strong. Because every long day ends with a hug, kiss and the sweetest words on earth, "Thank you Mama, I love you, you're the best mom".
