Can You See The Signs ?

I think now more then ever the signs are becoming more clear. They are appearing everywhere. Now everyone is starting to realize that Steem is going to change the whole market place and it is soon going to be one of the most valuable crypto currencies out there.



Some people have had the understanding that Steem is Steemit, and that the value of Steem is solely based on the performance of Steemit. As we are seeing this is not true, there is so much more going on there.



I already saw many nice things being built either on the Steemit protocol or atleast linked to Steem. Dtube for example has already slowly started substituting YouTube as creators are getting better paid for their content and less scrutinized.



There is also a new social media website being created called zappl which is a decentralized social media website built of the Steem blockchain and that aims to substitute Twitter. Uncensored content and you get paid for your posts, sounds better right ?



These are just two things on side of Steemit which definitely is adding value to Steem, but there is much more. The more demand for Steem the higher value of this cryptocurrency. Well it is becoming quite obvious that the demand is about to expload.



And that's when the real dynamite is dropped, the Smart Media Token has been created. Well now the genious protocol of Steemit is going to be put to use all over the internet. Just like with Ethereum this is going to allow for ICOs and as more and more projects will be built on Steemit the demand for Steem is going to the moon. I already see the network boiling at this point with different ways to use the SMT. Hive account@flauwy is thinking of using this token to incentivize the members practicing memory technique and thus create a stronger and bigger number of followers. I saw Hive account@flipstar saying that something similar to Ebay could be built on this token and thus allow Steem to be directly connected to the real world market.



That is the key, Steem is slowly forming a web into the real market. We will be able to use Steem or tokens based of Steem more and more for daily life.

The fats spread of Steem into the real world will allow it to compete with other currencies. As it is one of the fastest transaction methods out there and it is free I can clearly see the signs of what's going to happen - can you ?
