Hello People I have deleted my facebook page because it is not for me. I have been on facebook for over 5 years and It does nothing for me anymore. I am done putting thoughts out there and getting no feedback from supposed "family" and "Friends" that is also why I posted this on Steemit. I did voice why I was leaving on actual facebook before I left but I really hope that Steemit does not become wrapped in ego like all of the other platforms. It' is called social media. Not unsocial media I just find the entire thing contradictory for the most part. People need to interact with people and see each other eye to eye in real life to have any kind of healthy relationship. I do not believe technology is helping out in this aspect of our life and I do not expect it to. Please Steemit offer what other social media site are lacking which is right there in the open a social network. I think Steemit actually has the advantage as to where our personal wallets are out there in the open for everyone to see. It's almost like a joke where is kind of a secret on facebook and Instagram. People can be literally "poor" and have success on those platforms. Or rich and have no followers. Steemit in that sense already has that advantage where there is already major "secret" that you agree to have open just like everyone else when you sign up. Making us all share one thing from the get go.
