Up until now Sbd was worth more than steem for the most part.
And even when they were the same price, though sbd was worth over $1, the return in steem power and steem was lower.
Steem is back and bigger than ever.
With the return of steem into the equation, like this payout from today here - deliberator author reward: 4.094 SBD, 0.914 STEEM and 3.653 SP for - take the SP at 3.653 and add the steem at 0.914 and we get SP of 4.567, with sbd being only 4.094.
So we are now at a positive phase for throwing sbd into bots, to get a return of more sp now.
To use the bots I suggest this site here, https://steembottracker.com/ this site also lists the losses you will incur from some bots like -10% with smartsteem, I tried this service once with a $10 bid, and got back a pretty pathetic $14 upvote.
The site also shows when it is not worth placing a bid, as the bot is over subscribed.
Miss list
There are a few bots I have had low returns on, and one I would not recommend is jerrybanfield, as he can not add up. I sent his bot two bids of over $5.6 and was refunded $4 when they failed to show up.
It is not profitable using bots, if you are using real money, though if you are only using what you have earned on here, it came for free anyway (is the way I see it) I did a 4 week experiment, starting of with 75sbd and worked it down to 20 using bots, though the sp gain could be said to balance out the $50 less return on sbd. Just my opinion.
As the saying goes though, you pays ya money and ya takes the chance, best of luck with any you use, and if you have any naughty bot tales, leave them in the comments below.
