Ladies and gentlemen, sorry for my absence. I've been extremely busy these past few months, I've had many changes in my circumstances. Job home and family ect. However I'm still on my mission to remain vegan for the animals. I was doing some counting. Here's my calculations for the amount of time I've been vegan.
It's really nice to see so many companies in this time adopting a more ethical approach. It's a step in the right direction. I've notice big companies like subway, mc Donalds and greggs. Who have for the first time in history put a dedicated cruelty free option on their food menus.
Alot of new companies are building their an empire off ethical products and services while still maintaining healthy profits. This shows that people are making the switch. The world is waking up. It's happening faster then ever before and I'm so proud of it. I wish I was vegan alot longer than I have been but its never too late. YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE. Your money has the power to change the world 🌍 💜
I only spend my money on products that are ethical, sustainable and cruelty free. You can do the same. Put your money where your mouth is.
Since going vegan ive noticed my hair is still not turning grey as fast as I would like it.
People still seem to be shocked I'm 34 years old.
My girlfriend is constantly surprised with my energy levels, even after a very long day at work. (😉 😉)
I'm still riding my bicycle 🚲 to work everyday.
I still haven't had the need to visit my doctor for any serious health conditions.
My digestive system seems to work normally.
My sleep is always a bliss.
My general body clock seems to work fine. My moods are not as bad as they use to be,,,,, well, I still get annoyed with how stupid people can be but I'm more patient with them.
Most of all I've learnt so much about myself that I probably wouldn't have figured out if I was still consuming animals flesh. My understanding of the world and how it works is now clear to me. Yet humans are still blinded by their own needs that they fail to see the bigger picture. (most of the time)
I love myself more then ever before. Loving myself is one of hardships I've struggled with for many years. However since being vegan its helping me to practice kindness, compassion and empathy.....
Anyway. I have alot to say about my transition. Alot has happened.
Also, since going vegan I've been helping others make the switch too. People have come to me for advice and tips and suggestions on how to make the switch. I always say "you need unlearn everything you know about nutrition and look for those nutritional values in other plantbased alternatives" the more you invest in yourself the more self satisfaction you'll have. Before we can change the way live, we must change the way we think. Unlearn and relearn. Look in to mind body and soul meditation. Look in to mind control, body control and practice training your mind to adapt to changes. Always be active with veganism, read vegan books, watch vegan videos, follow vegan accounts, do anything and everything to bombard yourself with vegan information. Use some that information and share your experiences with close friends and family. Be consistent.
Be a good example.
Never have a cheat day.
