Yes. Plagiarism is one thing, but I don't like it when people suggest policing Steemit to deal with things like what Hive account@ats-david is pointing out. There has to be a way to increase trust without killing the free market. I wrote my comment before I refreshed the page and saw yours, so it's redundant. ;)
