This is very asked & circulating question in last few days.Now I think developers have took a step about this and they removed the auto upvote when you post something.So If you now want to upvote your post you need to check the "upvote post" box manually.
Now most of the new posts comes without self upvotes. Many famous steemians had stop self upvoting too one of them is
: He is now a Witness too & you can vote him.
Unchecking Upvote Post + Ending Self Upvoting!
But you need to decide yourself is self voting is right or not.
