This is contrary to my research that one should not vote more than 20 times per day to avoid their voting power getting saturated and in turn going down. Every time you vote your voting power gets deducted points from it and if you are voting non stop pretty soon your voting power would go down to zero and you will not even be awarded anything, so this would be counter productive and would work against you. Not sure what you're advocating here. Steemit made sure of that to avoid gaming the system.
