In a month I am almost 500 followers strong but merely 0. 1% of them is actually engaging on my posts. Not that I post too much or some badass quality content but what is the followers purpose then?
It seems like everyone is on hot and trending pages trying to catch a whale. I'm not saying that it is a bad thing in general, but for us minnows the followers concept doesn't look like a social media part.
Anyways. Steemit rules, maybe this changes once better categorisation kicks in. HF19 has done a great job but there is still much to do.
