There Is No Movement Without Action
Motion is caused by forces. This is how things in our world work. This came to mind after going through some of the comments I received. Here's a simple piece of advice to anyone who feels stuck on Steemit and needs help.
Take action! And after you do that, keep taking action.
Taking action over and over builds momentum. I remember when I first joined Steemit back in late 2016 I would post one day and then days would pass before I posted again. Usually there were long gaps between my posts and fortunately people were still receiving them well. But now looking back I really believe I would have made a bigger impact much quicker had I continued to post much more frequently. But I didn't. I could feel the momentum slipping and then just like that the gaps between posts became wider and wider.
When I didn't take any action nothing happened of course. This is always the case when you don't take action. Nothing happens. Things will move once you start taking action and the longer you take action the more momentum you gain. Once I decided to take action over and over I started to gain more traction with my posts. At this point I am posting pretty much everyday. I do have plans to start posting twice a day but for now the goal is to push myself to post at least once per day. So far this seems to be going very well. But I had to first make the decision that I would commit to taking action and doing something about my goals. Now you have to make up in your mind and commit to taking action over and over.
Things to help gain momentum with your posts:
- Post at least once a day
- Engage with others in your comment section
- Create original content
- Develop your own style
- Show love to your followers
- Give great effort on every post
Be encouraged. Nothing is impossible. When I look around on Steemit I see tons of examples of people who are getting great feedback on their posts because of the action that they take. The more action the more momentum it seems. I too am getting better at this but I am witnessing first hand the gains in momentum. But it requires movement. Even small actions can create momentum. The point is to do something over and over in order to create the momentum you want to see.

Do you feel stuck with posting on Steemit?
How often do you post?
What are some of your goals in life?
