I have found a valuable resource that you can try in order to help you get more Upvotes and Followers, by using the SteemFollower site.
The process is fairly simple, you Upvote and follow other steemians, and in turn you get Upvoted and followed by other steemians.
There is also a referral Program and if you do you can receive 5% of your Referrals.
It is possible to increase your followers by their referral system as you are expected to get 3 follower per 1 referral.
