Steemit has spoken.
All the things, that went so well last year.
And some, that didn't.

A view thoughts come to my mind.

Restructure

Yes, every company restructures. Bigger companies more often.
So does Steemit Inc.
Nice to see, that this small startup sees, that it is necessary, to have a management board.
Because right now, it looked like it is just a bunch of know it alls, scamming poeple for their money.
That is now off the table.
Now they have a board doing that;)

Methods

this is a desaster.
Steemit is startup. What they should have, is methods, agile, scrum, scrum on scrum, LEAN, whatever. They didn't have this already?

What was their current approach?
Waterfall? V Model?
Do they even have any PLM?
If not, that is bleak for the future.
How can we trust a company, that doesn't even have an internal structure and thought through methods.
Introducing agile that late is a desaster.
Even IBM follows that.
Yes, and my company has it on the list.
So it is nothing new, that has to be introduced.
What is the background of your devs?

The rest of the post is nothing really new, only the same, that we had monthes ago.
I do not see a clear picture, a vision.
Your SMT bluepaper is still not out.

And you realized that your communications strategy was non existing

Who is on the team for the frontend?
Who is working on the Blockchain?
On SMTs?
On all your other projects?
It would be nice, to have a better overview.
Everybody does everything, as you did until now, does not work.
