Keep it simple. I am dumbfounded what all this is about. Reading posts, finding gems, is a responsibility we all share in. You dont need a group, you should not be patting yourselves on the back. You should be punished in reputation for failing the platform and not reading, voting your good finds, each and every one of you. Where does that thinking come from that had you believing you all deserved a pass on actually reading blogs. It makes you not worthy of the voting power you have, not worthy of reputation.
