Why do people always or often tend to take my meaning wrongly?

It is most discouraging, when I make a comment on someone's post

Which includes a congratulations in the most recent instance,
But my Comment was taken as criticism?
HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN? WHY does it happen?
I have never once come here to slam anyone for anything.

Do you see NOW WHY I RARELY COMMENT ON YOUR POSTS
MY FRIENDS?
