A couple of times today I made a post, saw it submit only to check back later and not see it in my blog. Thankfully I save my work in word so the work isn't lost entirely but it would be worrying if someone was working on a big draft in the browser, submitted it and all that work was lost forever.(one of those was a 5,000 word review...)
Remember to save your posts somewhere else before you submit guys. Just in case.
