Thank you for this post. I'm new in this network. But almost lost it because I don't see any atom of encouragement. I have questions though. I noticed alot of Ppl following wouldn't vote for you and I keep asking is there any advantage when you upvote? Cos I have been voting for people. That's why I have to take a break today but not giving up though.
