Indeed a great Numerical estimation and percentile estimate. I somehow with doubt air my view that Addictions to drugs and Intoxicating intakes can merely be caused by spiritual factors. From my perspective and a little exposure to ghetto lifestyle; I will say that Addictions are mostly caused by Depression, Peer factors, being bullied by the major and being uneducated about the effects for hand.
