Agreed in some way but I do think we should allow some flexibility there too. Ideas and contents may be similar in one way or another, and may not be an intended plagiarism. Nevertheless, with the presence of Hive account@cheetah and Hive account@steemcleaners, they act as the supervising force for the community. I believe this is good enough to ensure no plagiarism.
