Could the spamming of Up votes be diluting the value of content creators on Steemit?
From my understanding of Steemit "Power"; the more you vote, the less each individual vote is worth. So what is the apparent incentive of individuals to vote for numerous posts in the face of diminished returns?
Would the introduction of a time limit interval between allowed up vote actions; act as a fix to the apparent up vote spamming issue? If an individual was limited in the number of times that they can vote, would this not make each up vote more valuable and informative to the social network.
