I nominate the #steemstem channel. The owners are Hive account@justtryme90 and Hive account@lemouth (i.e. myself). The idea behind this channel is to create a science-lover community on steemit, and it actually works pretty well. We have almost 400 users on it (with about 30 active ones I would say).
