Since I'm always on the go and I'm not the best with time planning.. lol
I always make sure I have a protein shake with me as a meal replacer in my bag and yes I drink this while shopping.
Recipe:
- 2 scoops banana protein
- 30 grams of oats
- 1 banana
- 3 ml olive oil (you don't taste this at all).
