Hive account@blocktrades has delegated 30k plus SP to 
Hive account@andalucia. This user is a major comment spammer who has been posting spam comments like "1" and "0" on my threads. After I looked into his account, it appears that he is doing this a lot.
This account is being downvoted by 
Hive account@adm a steemcleaners account after I reported this to 
Hive account@steemcleaners admins.
