Question: What should I do with my Steem Dollars (SBD) ?

I can see that SBD has a value of approximately 10 USD at the moment, however my estimated account value won't go up accordingly when I claim my SBD rewards. Can anybody offer advice based on knowledge of the platform and its uses?
