Bangladesh's capital Dhaka. Traffic jam is one of the biggest sufferings of people living in Dhaka. Due to the increase in population and excess traffic due to excessive traffic on the roads, traffic jams are being increased. Due to traffic jam, almost 13 lakh workers can not reach their work place in the daytime.
Most of the important places in Dhaka are traffic jam, such as Mirpur 12 to Mirpur 10 road, Rokeya Sarani, Bijoy Sarani, Mohakhali, Banani to Kakoli, Magbazar, Bangla Motors, Tejgaon, Gulistan and Motijheel In these areas 9am to 11:00 am and 6 to 10 in the night there is a lot of jam because of which people have to suffer very much in the daily life.
The Dhaka Metropolitan Police are always engaged in their work to rescue people from this suffering. Even then due to the population, Dhaka Metropolitan Police Sergeant could not keep it in control. It is not their failure. Actually this is due to the fact that it is more populated. For this reason, the Bangladesh government has taken several initiatives to reduce the suffering such as Dhaka Metro Rail, Dhaka Highway Express, flyover and four-lane road.
